Returns & Exchanges
Obviously, I really hope you’re going to be super happy with your Studio Ferde order. But, in the case you do like to return or exchange your order, please send your return request to info@studioferde.com.
- You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s)
- All webshop products can be returned, excluding engraved products & excluding breast milk and/or hair lock jewellery
- Any customized or special memories jewellery is excluded from returns
- The product(s) need to be returned in new condition, in the original packaging
- The refund can only be done in the original method of payment
- The return costs are for your own account
